There you will be able see the total cost of your gowns selected and if they are still available, since the shipping cost will not show until the end;  we will provide you this link that by providing your home address the system will automatically tell you your shipping cost.

That option will direct you to the shipping cost. We charge $35.00 as handling fee plus the shipping cost.

                    Order completed in two steps.

Once you verify the cost and pay for it, please go back to your cart and rent your gowns.

Shipping Terms and Conditions


1.    Should you opt for our company’s shipping service, please make sure to select the eight (8) days period in our calendar. Please note, there is a limit of 2 items per order. Should you’d like to rent more than 2 items you can do so by placing separate orders. You will have the option to let us know the exact date of your event, that day must be within the 8 days period which will give us enough time to ship the product and it must be returned within the same time frame (8 days) selected.


2.    The cost of the Shipping will vary as it will be automatically calculated by UPS. Cost will include the mailing to you and the return label back to Isabella’s Heavenly Couture. Additionally, there is a handling fee of $35 per order. Once you receive the package you are fully responsible for the products.


3.    The shipping address provided to Isabella’s Heavenly Couture must be a valid and secure address. Please make sure that someone 18 years old or older is at the location to receive the package. In the event that an unsecure or invalid address is provided or the package is left unattended, Isabella’s Heavenly Couture will not be liable for the loss of the package. In addition, you will acknowledge that providing anything other than a secure shipping address may result in delivery delays or additional delivery fees for which you (the client) will be fully liable. 


4.    Shipping delays may occur due to “Acts of God”, extreme weather conditions, riots, or any other unforeseen event on the shipping courier's behalf. If a shipping delay does occur due to the courier’s fault, Acts of God, extreme weather conditions, riots, or any other unforeseen event, Isabella’s Heavenly Couture will not be responsible for the refund of an order that arrives later than expected. Please place your order with enough time in advanced to make sure your product will arrive on time.


5.    You will be held liable, for the loss of the package’s contents, partial or full destruction, damage, mysterious disappearance, fire, or stains. If the damages are considered “total loss” meaning that it would be virtually impossible to repair and send out to the next client, you will be responsible for the replacement of any and all damaged products at the current replacement cost.


6.    Once you place the order, other clients who may be interested in the same dress/es, will be turned away. Therefore, neither cancellations nor returns are allowed. Exceptions will be made ONLY for those experiencing ACTS OF GOD such as weather-related events (hurricanes affecting Florida, tornados, flooding).


7.    You agree to return the products in the original packaging on or before the agreed return date. A prepaid return shipping label will be included with your order, and this will be the label used to return the package back to Isabella’s Heavenly Couture. If you lose or misplace the return shipping label, you will be responsible for the cost to return the package back to Isabella’s Heavenly Couture. Please return the package back to Isabella’s Heavenly Couture via the method of shipment found on the return shipping label which is UPS. You will be responsible for taking the package to a designated UPS drop off center.


8.    Please adhere to the agreed upon rental timeframes as returning even a day later than agreed upon can adversely affect the next client's reservation. In the event that your order will be shipped back late, please contact Isabella’s Heavenly Couture immediately to let us know. A $50 late fee per day per item will be incurred for each day that the costume is kept over the rental agreement unless you have previously contacted Isabella’s Heavenly Couture, and a mutually beneficial agreement has been reached.



9.    We are very delighted you have chosen one or several of our beautiful and high-quality dresses from Isabella’s Heavenly Couture for your photoshoot or event. No doubt your selection will add some extra magic that will take your photos to a whole other level! It is highly recommended when renting for a photoshoot to schedule your rental to arrive 1 or 2 days before the shoot takes place. This will give a little leeway in case the shipment may encounter any unforeseen shipping delays. For example, if you have a Friday, Saturday, or Sunday shoot, schedule your item to arrive the Wednesday or Thursday before the shoot takes place.


10. Please also note that the long gowns are not allowed to be used in water, on sand or near animals. If you are shooting with a horse, please make sure that the child does not sit on the animal while wearing the gown. It is ok to pose beside the animal though.
