Policies


01 Item rented

Customer agrees that the item rented will be used in a manner for which it was reserved for and will return the garments in the original packaging it was received. Hangers must remain as the ones provided by us. Please be mindful and take good care of the dresses covers. 


02 Deadlines

If garment/s are not returned within the above-mentioned timeframes the client will be charged a late fee of twenty   (USD$20.00) per item per day. 


If the client needs to change the date, we need to be notified in advance and a fee of $50.00 will be charged to change the date, based on availability of the items.


If a code was used, the date cant be modified, items cant be changed.


03 Delivery in Miami area

Now, once you have completed your rent online we will deliver your gowns to your doorstep and pick them up after your photoshoot! You will enjoy full service without leaving your home and dealing with Miami traffic.

Rental starts Mondays or Fridays and stop the same days.

Photoshoot during the week: Please select Monday

Photoshoot during the weekend: Please select Friday 



04 Return of the garment/s.

The gowns have to be ready for pickup once your rental period ends. the email you receive will notify you of start and end date of the rental. The customer is responsible to return ALL the items included in the order to the driver. Should any item is missing, the customer will be held financially liable. 


05 Return

Customer is responsible for the return of the rented garments to Isabella's Heavenly Couture Corp. 


06 Responsibility

Customer is fully liable for the total cost of repairs and/or replacement of missing or damaged items.


07 Reservation Policy

Client will be required to pay the total rental price to reserve.


08 Refund Policy

If an order is cancelled 30 days or more in advance of your event date there will be no cancellation fee and the customer will receive full store credit upon availability.

If an order is cancelled 29-15 days prior to your event date a 25% of the total cost will be deducted from your store credit.

If an order is cancelled 14-7 days prior to your event date there will be no store credit.


09 Personal Information

You are authorizing this website and Isabella’s Heavenly Couture Corp. to collect your Personal Information to provide you with a secure and hassle-free experience to complete your transaction. We only collect Personal Information about you that we consider necessary for achieving this purpose. Your Personal Information collected by this website may include your Name, Email, Mailing, Shipping and Billing Addresses, Phone Number and Method of Payments. If we have issues completing your order, the company may use this information to contact you. Additionally, the Personal Information collected will be used for promotional purposes such as informing you of Discounts and Special Offers. You will have the option to stop receiving promotional communications, simply email us with your request and we will discontinue this service for you, you can also unsubscribe from the company’s email address. Isabella’s Heavenly Couture Corp. will never sell personal information to a third party. 


Before your order can be processed, we will require that you acknowledge that you have reviewed and consented to these Terms & Conditions.


10 Indemnification

Client hereby agrees to indemnify, release, discharge and hold harmless the Website, the Company, its heirs, legal representatives, assigns, employees or any persons or corporations acting under permission or authority of the Company from and against any liability or claims arising as a result of this business transaction. This includes, but is not limited to claims related to the use of any and all products offered by Isabella's Heavenly Couture Corp.
